Since the town received "BIG" money from the Oil Company Leaking into the soil. They have redone a major part of the town. It is a very clean and refeshing cozy town. Nice pier to walk out on and a few nice resturants to eat at. A few little shops to look through and a couple of nice and expensive hotels to stay at. Very easy going town. The weather is PERFECT here most of the time. The summer Fog even burns off by 12:00 noon..... when other surrounding communities are fogged in the summer months. There is even a nice Fresh market every Friday on the Ocean walk way. Just a couple miles North to San Luis Obispo. A mile south to Shell Beach and Pismo Beach. There is even a Golf Course! BEST KEPT SECRET OF CENTRAL CALIFORNIA! The weather is just perfect here all year round! If money is no object..... you would love to live in this community.
Hey, I suggest you just come and visit it right off the 101 Highway between Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo. If you blink you could miss the exit ramp off the Highway 101. Don't take my word for it..... come see for yourself! You won't regret it!! I promise!!! :o)
